摘要
研究了乙炔单耗、电石发气量与电石单耗的关系,通过采取提高进发生器电石发气量、减少电石与空气的接触时间、加强生产管理等措施,降低了PVC电石单耗。
The relationship among acetylene consumption, acetylene evolution rate of calcium carbide and calcium carbide consumption was studied. Improvement measures were taken, including increasing acetylene evolution rate of calcium carbide fed into generator, reducing time of exposing calcium carbide to air, strengthening production management. Thus, calcium carbide consumption for PVC production was reduced.
