Causes of unstable operation of stripper were analyzed. Improvement measurs were taken, including strict control of stripper process parameters, enhancement of equipment maintenance, improvement in technical level of operators. Thus the cleaning period of stripper was prolonged to 6 months, and the output of PVC was increased.
