摘要
针对DN1600大口径PVC给水管材的生产特性,考察了有机锡稳定剂、冲击改性剂、纳米碳酸钙的适宜用量,并对适宜的加工温度和转速进行了研究,制得的产品达到GB/T 10002.1—2006《给水用硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材》和《生活饮用水输配水设备及防护材料卫生安全评价规范》(2001)的要求。
Acording to the production characteristics of DN1600 large-caliber PVC water supply pipes, the suitable amounts of organic tin stabilizer, impact modifier and nano calcium carbonate were investigated. The suitable processing temperature and rotating speed were studied. The obtained products reached the requirements of GB/T 10002.1-2006 Unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) ( PVC - U) pipes for water supply and Standard for hygienic safety evaluation of equipment and protective materials in drinking water (2001).
