从低汞触媒载体的对比与选择、新触媒的入厂检测、转化器前后台数量的比例调整、转化器撤热系统温度的调整以及新旧触媒使用过程中的活化条件等方面,对低汞触媒的规模化应用进行了系统试验,对试验中出现的问题、解决方案、改进措施和试验结果进行了全面的阐述。
The large-scale application of low-level mercury catalysts was systematically tested from the aspects of comparison and selection of catalyst carrier, entry inspection of new catalysts, proportion adjustment of first-stage converter number, temperature adjustment of converter heat removing system, and activation conditions of old and new catalysts during operation. The problems occurring in the test, solutions, improvement measures, and test results were described comprehensively.
