摘要
研究了氯乙烯转化器列管内传热原理,给出了列管内反应温度的径向分布计算公式,确定了测温管径和热电偶套管径的计算方法、常见转化器列管所对应的测温管径和热电偶套管外径的最佳范围。
Heat transfer principles of tubes in vinyl chloride converters for the synthesis of vinyl chloride were studied. Formula for calculating the radial temperature distribution in the tubes were given. Methods for calculating the diameters of temperature tubes and those of thermocouple cannulas were determined as weil as the optimal diameter ranges of temperature tubes and thermocouple cannulas matching common converter tubes.
