摘要
通过对《老人与海》张爱玲译本女性意识的探讨,认为虽然《老人与海》充斥着男性意识,但张爱玲仍竭力通过干涉主义策略,即前言、增补和劫持,在译语文本中创造女性形象。同时从词的选择、句式的选择和修辞的选择来剖析张爱玲译本中的增补策略。虽然张爱玲主张温和的女性主义翻译策略,但在其《老人与海》译本中,她仍然大胆劫持原文,以此柔和男性形象,彰显女性意识。
A probe into women awareness in Zhang Ailing＇s translated version of The Old Man and the Sea revealed that although the novel is overwhelmed by men-centered culture,Zhang did her utmost to create women＇s images in the translated text with feminist interventionist translation strategies,namely,prefacing,supplementing and hijacking. The employment of supplementing in Zhang＇s translated version was depicted in terms of lexical,syntactic and rhetorical selections. Zhang＇s deliberate use of hijacking,a betrayal of her moderate feminist translation strategies,softened the masculinity and highlighted women awareness.
