改革共识是人们对改革的一些基本相同的认识、评价和态度,其形成和维系要受到多种因素的影响。"让人民群众有更多获得感"是凝聚改革共识的前提和基础,民主是寻求改革共识的基本途径和方法,正确看待改革的成本是形成改革共识的必要条件。
The reform consensus is some basic similar understanding,evaluation and attitude that people hold to reforms.Its formation and maintenance are influenced by many factors.Making people have more sense of acquisition is the premise and foundation of the reform consensus.Democracy is the basic way and method to seek the reform consensus.Holding a correct attitude to the cost of reform is a necessary condition for the formation of the reform consensus.
