高校工商管理大类分流培养的影响因素实证探析

Empirical Analysis on the Influence Factors of University of Industry and Commerce Management Categories of Shunt Cultivation

在国内外高校工商管理大类招生分流培养的背景下,对安徽建筑大学2011级会计、财务专业学生问卷调查,并进行实证分析;同时还抽样选择了安徽大学、安阳师范学院、复旦大学、湖北工业大学、集美大学、南昌大学、武汉大学、浙江农林大学、中国石油大学、中山大学等18所学校部分学生进行了问卷调查,进一步实证探析高校工商管理大类分流培养的影响因素,最后,提出在工商管理大类分流中应加强专业分流的"全过程管理",强化"早、中、全、专、辅"等几个环节,解决学生选专业时避"冷"趋"热"的问题。

Based on university of industry and commerce management categories of shunt cultivation,we have surveyed and empirical analyzed grade 2011 accounting,financial professional students of Anhui Jianzhu University.In addition,this paper also takes Anhui University,Anyang Normal College,Jimei University,Fudan University,Hubei University of Technology,Nanchang University,Wuhan University,Zhejiang University of Agriculture and Forestry,China Petroleum University,Sun Shan University,and so on as example,and 18 school students have been carried on the questionnaire survey.It analyzes the influence factors of college of business administration major categories shunt training further.Finally,we put forward that we should strengthen the professional triage＂process management＂,to strengthen the＂early,middle and whole,specialized,auxiliary＂several links,to solve the problem such as＂cold＂and＂hot＂in the industrial and commercial management categories of shunt cultivation.
