In this paper,the construction scheme of the electric supervision platform of works lamps lighting in Hubei province is provided.The design focuses on the monitoring platform and the structure of the hardware,networking,communication, network application framework for all kinds of enterprises including universities, hotels and other public places in the later,which can provide a reference for the regulatory platform.
