摘要
采用标准不确定度的A类评定方法评定水源水中菌落总数的测量不确定度,取95%置信水平,实验结果为不确定度。文章利用该方法评定水中菌落总数的测量不确定度,建立实验数据库,新的检测结果可依据要求随时加入到合并样本中,重新计算合并样本标准差,更新其不确定度的取值。该方法可以减少因操作原因等造成的实验误差,提高实验室检测的准确度。该评定方法也适用于水中其他微生物指标的测量不确定度评定。
We adopt a kind of evaluation method of uncertainty to evaluate the uncertainty level in detecting bacterial colony number of water.Take a 95% confidence level,the research shows that U95=0.2119.The paper uses this method and establishes database adding new detection results to the pooled sample,then calculates the pooled sample standard deviation,finally updates the result of uncertainty of the experiment.This method could help us improve the accuracy of the laboratory tests and reduce experimental errors caused by operation. The assessment method also can be applicated to evaluate the uncertainty of other water microorganisms indicators
