基于水文行业新发展下的水文与水资源工程专业人才培养模式的改革

Reform of the Personnel Training Mode of the Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering Based on the New Development of Hydrological Industry

随着我国经济改革发展的深入,水文行业呈现出很多新的发展趋势。文章指出,高职院校要培养适应新形势下的水文与水资源工程专业的技术技能人才,需要做好人才培养模式、课程体系、教学模式和评价机制等方面的教学综合改革。

With the development of economic reform in China,the hydrological industry presents a lot of new development trend.The paper points out that higher vocational colleges should cultivate the technical skills to adapt to the new situation of hydrology and water resources engineering,need to do a good job training mode,curriculum system,teaching mode and evaluation mechanism and other aspects of comprehensive reform.
