高职计算机科学与技术教学过程中适应就业形势的措施探讨

Exploration on Measures of Adapting to the Employment Situation in the Process of Teaching on Vocational Computer Science and Technology

高职计算机教学过程中,不仅要让学生掌握基本理论知识,还要注重提高学生的实践技能,更好地适应就业形势,为社会输送更多优秀的人才。但目前教学未能有效采取对策提高学生实践技能,对教学质量的提高产生不利影响。文章指出,为转变这种情况,应该关注就业市场,综合采取有效教学对策,更为有效地顺应就业形势,为社会输送更多专业型和实践型人才,增强学生就业竞争力,在工作岗位上做出更大业绩。

Computer vocational teaching process,not only to enable students to master the basic theoretical knowledge,but also focus on improving the students＇ practical skills,to better adapt to the employment situation, conveying more good for the whole community of qualified personnel.But not effectively take measures to improve teaching students practical skills,improve adversely affect the quality of teaching.The paper points out that to change this situation,we should be concerned about the job market,a comprehensive and effective teaching strategies to take more effective comply with the employment situation,deliver more professional and practical talents for the whole community to enhance student employability and competitiveness,in the workplace to make greater performance.
