摘要 随着经济社会的快速发展,水资源短缺和水环境污染问题变得日益严重.通过建立水资源优化配置模型,运用多目标遗传-蚁群算法(MOGACHA)对配置模型进行求解,并将所配置模型及求解方法应用于优化中牟县水资源配置.结果表明,配置模型及其参数、约束条件的处理是可行的.从配置结果来看,2015年和2020年在不同的保证率(50%、75%、95%)下各需水部门的需水要求均能被满足,系统协调度也都大于0.8,从而有效协调各部门之间的用水竞争问题,实现水资源质与量的高效统一和社会、经济、生态环境的综合效益最大化,促进水资源的可持续利用和经济社会的可持续发展. With the development of economy and society,the problem of water shortage and water pollution has become increasingly serious. In this paper,a model of the optimal allocation of water resources in Zhongmou County is built,and then the multi-objective genetic ant-colony hybrid algorithm is used to solve the model. The results show that: the treatment of configuration model and its parameter and the constraint condition is feasible; from the configuration results,the water demand of various water requirement departments can be met under the different assurance rate( 50%,75%,95%) in 2015 and 2020; and the coordination degrees of system are all greater than 0. 8. Therefore,this will coordinate the water competition problems with different departments effectively,realize the unity of water quality and quantity,maximize the social,economic,ecological comprehensive benefits,and finally promote the sustainable utilization of water resources and the sustainable development of economy and society as well.
