摘要
地下储罐多为容积较小的卧式结构,由于其结构及安全性的制约,缺乏针对地下储罐的高效快速检测方法。针对地下储罐结构特点设计了适用于曲面检测的三组磁化机械结构,通过有限元模拟得到了合适的磁化结构尺寸;采用模拟电路和数字滤波进行信号处理,分析了传感器分布不均造成的精度偏差,开发了配套的数据采集软件和分析软件,设计了地下储油漏磁检测装置样机。通过试验板和试验罐的检测试验,表明检测系统能够检测出试验罐上的各种缺陷,具有较好的工程应用价值。
The underground storage tanks are usually small shaped and horizontally placed.There is no inspection method of high efficiency.A magnetic flux leakage(MFL)testing device for underground storage was presented.A magnetization structure containing three sub parts was designed for curvature plates.The dimensions of magnetization structure were fixed through finite element analysis.Signal processing was carried out by hardware signal progressing circuit and digital filter.The inspection device was established.Experiment result indicated that most defects prefabricated on the test tank were found out using the developed MFL inspection device.
