施工现场暗室温度对射线底片质量的影响

摘要 底片是焊接是否合格的重要评判依据,其质量的优劣关乎着评判的准确性,其中,伪缺陷的产生对底片的评定会产生影响,甚至导致底片报废而无法评定。暗室温度影响着底片质量,控制不当极易出现大量伪缺陷底片。结合工程实际,通过现场试验与反推验证,找出了施工现场伪缺陷的产生原因并明确了其发生阶段,分析了现场暗室温度对底片质量的影响,并提出了预防伪缺陷产生的措施,以降低检测成本,提高生产效率。 The film is an important basis for judging the quality of welding and its quality is directly related with the accuracy of the evaluation.The pseudo defect shall influence our work of assessment,even leading to negative rating scrap.Chamber temperature affects the film quality,and poor control of the temperature shall easily result in large number of false defect films.The causes of pseudo defects of construction site and stage of development were identified and the effect of chamber temperature on the film quality was analysed.Finally,the effective measures were carried out to prevent false defects and to reduce the cost of testing,and to improve the efficiency of the production.
