在承接苏南产业转移过程中,主要通过产业结构调整、产业规模扩大和城镇化进程加速三条途径来影响灌河流域的水环境,并由此带来的工业污染加重、生态功能减弱、生活污染增加最终导致灌河流域水环境的质量下降。不利影响还包括工业污染严重、水土流失加剧、水资源消耗量加大等。积极影响表现为经济效益和社会效益的提高。随着苏南产业转移规模的不断扩大,未来应将灌河流域水环境面临的威胁与贡献进行货币化计量,从而给灌河流域沿岸城市承接苏南产业转移过程中的取舍提供决策依据。

Through the analysis of south of Jiangsu industrial transfer, the article concluded the impact on Guan river basin water environment because of the industrial structure adjustment, the expansion of industrial scale and the acceleration of urbanization, furthermore, it lead to the increase of industrial pollution, ecological functions abate, life pollution increases lead to water environment quality decrease. The threat root from problems is： the serious pollution, water and soil erosion, water resource consumption increase. The indirect contribution is the improvement of economic benefit and social benefit.
