摘要
鲫鱼是我国淡水养殖鱼类中抗病力、适应能力较强的类群之一,但嗜水气单胞菌也能引起鲫鱼发生爆发性细菌性败血症。尽管目前许多研究已经确认嗜水气单胞菌是引发鱼类败血症的病原体,但有关嗜水气单胞菌对鲫鱼组织病理影响的研究还较少。为了寻找防治鱼类败血症的有效方法,作者将嗜水气单胞菌人工感染鲫鱼,并取正常和患病鲫鱼的头肾、肾、肠和皮肤组织进行组织制片,通过观察对比组织切片,发现病鱼的头肾、肾、肝脏、肠和皮肤都有不同程度的出血现象,组织细胞膜溶解、脱落、变形、坏死和空泡化,组织结构发生不同程度的变型和坏死.
Carassius auratus, one of fish schools susceptible to disease and hard to adjust themselves to circumstance, can be infected with explosive bacterial sepsis caused by . Many findings show that is the pathogen resulting in fish sepsis, but the researches into the influence of upon histopathology ofcarassius auratus are few. In order to prevent and treat the fish sepsis, the author of this paper makes tissue slices out of head-kidney, kidney, liver, intestines and skin from ordinary carssius auratus and the one infected with aeromonas hy- drophila, then compare and observe these slices, finding that there exist some bleedings on the infected one, that cell membranes dis- solve, or fall off, or distort, etc., and that tissue structures change or die to certain extent.
