成人高等教育质量及社会需求调查研究——以遵义师范学院为例

A Survey of the Quality of Adult's Further Education and Its Social Need——A Case Study of Zunyi Normal College

了解遵义师范学院成人高等教育质量及社会需求,对提升成人高等教育教学质量、促进学院顺利转型具有重要意义。研究以座谈、问卷和实地走访调查等方式,获取相应信息,并以调研结果为依据,提出了促进遵义师范学院成人高等教育发展的一些建议:以研究促进学校成教改革与发展;加强学校成教办学条件的建设;打造成教教学与管理团队;加强成教专业的建设、调整与开发;加强成教人才培养方案及课程设置的优化;加强成教教学监督与管理及招生宣传力度;开辟新的成教办学形式等。希望这些建议在贵州乃至西部成人高等教育的改革与转型发展中起到一定的参考作用。

It plays an important role in improving adult education and furthering the transition of Zunyi Normal College to learn the adult＇ s further education in Zunyi normal college and its social need. The research has been done through the means of discussion, question- naire and interview, etc., the result of which leads to the following suggestions： the reform and development of adult education of our college should come through research; the teaching facilities should be improved; the construction, adjustment and development of adult major should be strengthened; etc. These suggestions are hoped to be significant to the reform and transitional development of adult＇s further education in Guizhou, or even in the whole western parts of China.
