中小型公共图书馆工具书查阅室怎样提升对读者的服务——以遵义市图书馆工具书查阅室工作为例

How to Improve the Reference Room of Small-medium-sized Public Library to Serve Readers—— A Case Study of the Library of Zunyi City

中小型公共图书馆工具书具有藏量有限,馆藏陈旧过时,工具书连续出版物收藏脱节,馆藏工具书文献资源建设相对贫乏等问题,再加上工具书没有得到很好的宣传,读者服务工作因之受到影响。作者结合本馆实际,对提升中小型公共图书馆工具书查阅室对读者的服务进行一些探索。

There exist certain problems in the reference room of the small-medium- sized public library, such as limited collection, dated reference books, discontinuous publications of reference and poor construction of literature resources, etc. and what is worse, publicity is not given to the reference books; therefore, the service work for readers is affected. Given the actual situation of this library, the author of this paper explores the way to improve the service of reference room to readers.
