摘要
本文以2008-2012年我国高技术产业电子通讯行业的上市公司为样本,分析了企业内不同层级薪酬差距与企业绩效间的关系,以及企业内部高管团队间、高管团队-普通员工间两层级间不同影响因素的交互效应。研究发现:高管团队间薪酬差距与企业绩效呈负相关;高管团队-普通员工薪酬差距与企业绩效为倒U型关系;权利结构、创新能力水平分别对高管团队间薪酬差距、高管团队-普通员工薪酬差距与企业绩效的影响表现出交互效应;国有企业中,高管团队间薪酬差距对企业绩效的负向影响有所增强。
Based on the panel data of Chinese electronic communications industry's listed corporations from 2008 to 2012.this paper analysts cross level effect of compensation gap.exploring the interaction effects from different factors of the compensation gap on enterprises performance between executive management team,common employees.It is found that the compensation gap between executive management team is negatively related with the enterprise's performance,while compensation gap between management team and common employees on enterprise performance shows an inverted U shape.Moreover,power structure and the state-owned nature exhibit interaction effects on the compensation gap on enterprises performance between executive management team,and innovation ability level makes interaction effects on the relationship between executive management team-common employees compensation gap and enterprise performance.
