摘要
为确定吉林省某羊场导致山羊细菌性感染发病的病原,从送检的发病山羊鼻拭子样品中分离到1株细菌,对该菌进行了形态观察、生化试验、回归致病性试验、16SrDNA基因序列测定及药敏试验。结果显示,经16SrDNA基因序列测定,该分离菌株与腔隙莫拉菌的同源性为98%;它对健康山羊具有一定的致病性,遂将其命名为Mor-1。药敏试验结果显示,该菌株对阿奇霉素、氟苯尼考、环丙沙星、强力霉素、阿莫西林、氯霉素、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、恩诺沙星敏感,对磺胺间甲氧嘧啶具有耐药性。本试验结果为进一步研究腔隙莫拉菌的致病机制、耐药机制及其跨物种传播奠定了基础。
In order to identify the pathogen from the affected goat in Jilin Province,a strain of bacteria was isolated from nasal cavity of sick goat and identified as Moraxella lacunata by using biochemical tests,pathogenicity test,bacteria 16 SrDNA gene sequencing and drug sensitive test,demonstrating that the strains homology was 98% with M.lacunata,it had pathogenicity to goat,and it was named as Mor-1.Drug sensitive test results showed that the isolated strain was sensitive to azithromycin,florfenicol,ciprofloxacin,doxycycline,amoxicillin,chloramphenicol,gentamicin,amikacin,and enrofloxacin,respectively,but resistant to sulfamonomethoxine.The strain would facilitate further the pathogenic mechanism,resistance mechanism and cross species transmission research.
