滨海山地居住区布局研究——以大连市琥珀湾住区(石槽渔夫码头A区项目)为例

我国地势西高东低,山地丘陵分布较广,沿海有很多既依山又临海的滨海山地城市。临海的开阔视野也使滨海地区成为了地产开发商争夺的焦点,许多依山观海的地产项目应运而生。但是如何充分挖掘滨海山地的景观优势,在满足居住区功能要求的同时,因地制宜,设计出与场地更加契合的方案,成了每一位设计师与开发商所关心的问题。本文以大连市琥珀湾住区为例,对于滨海山地居住区的布局设计进行探讨和研究。

China＇s low-lying West High East, mountainous and hilly region is widely distributed. There＇re many coastal cities are lying beside mountains. Widevision of the coastal area has become the focusto real estate developers,and many real estate projects which has sea view and located beside mountains arise at the historic moment. However, how to fully tap the advantages of the coastal mountains, in meeting the functional requirements of the residential area, local conditions, designing a more fit of the program, have become the concerns of every designer and developer. In this paper, taking the amber Bay residential area in Dalian as an example, we discuss the layout design of residential areas in the coastal areas lying beside the mountain.
