摘要
本文以生态环境脆弱的黄土高原沟壑区县城子长城市总体规划作为研究对象,从城市扩展的用地需求以及生态安全需求两个角度出发,建立城市扩展与生态安全保护的潜力——约束力评价模型,对城市未来需要的建设用地进行评价。本文认为,对于黄土高塬沟壑区,必须以保障生态安全为前提条件,提高生态安全权重系数值,来寻求最优的用地选择方案,以实现保护生态安全、保证土地资源供给的目标。
Taking the general planning of Zichang county town in the fragile ecological gully region of loess plateau as the research object, from the viewpoint of urban extending land demand and ecological safety requirement, this paper builds the potentiality —— binding force evaluation model, to evaluate the land for construction in the future. To the gully region of loess plateau, this paper argues that we should guarantee the ecological security as the prerequisite, improve the ecological security weight coefficient values, seek the optimal land use options, realize the target of protecting ecological safety and ensuring the supply of land resources.
