基于TOD理论对我国住区规划设计方法的研究

住区作为城市的基本构成深刻影响着人们的生活效率与品质,同时随着城镇化进程的加快,交通形态对城市住区的影响越来越大。因此,将以公共交通为主导的TOD理论与我国城市住区规划现状相结合,从土地使用策略、交通模式、社区场所感三个方面研究TOD对城市住区规划的指导原则。

As the basic structure of the city,residential areas deeply affects the efficiency and quality of life for people,At the same time,with the speeding up of urbanization process,the influence of transportation form to urban residential areas is bigger and bigger.Therefore,combined the TOD theory dominated by public transport with the urban residential planning situation,researching guidelines of TOD for urban residential planning from three aspects： land use policy, traffic patterns, community sense of place.
