基于IPA分析法的停车楼使用者主观评价研究——以合肥信地城市广场停车楼为例

Study On The Subjective Evaluation Of Parking Building Users Based On IPA Analysis——A case study of Xindi urban parking building, Hefei

伴随着汽车近年来已成为一种新型的大众消费,其数量的不断上升导致城市的停车矛盾愈演愈烈。停车楼作为一种能够高效利用土地的停车方式被很多城市所采用。本文选取合肥信地城市广场停车楼作为研究对象,运用IPA方法,根据停车楼各空间要素重要程度与使用者的满意情况,构建出空间要素重要度与满意度分布模型,并基于该模型从安全性、便捷性以及人性化等角度进行分析其内在原因,总结其优劣进而提出优化策略。

The increasing number of automobiles, which to be regarded as the new mass consumption, has caused the parking problem become more serious. The parking building has been adopted by many cities for it has a high efficient use of land. This essay built the space factor importance and satisfaction distribution model based on the importance of space factors and satisfaction of the users by using the method of IPA analysis. Summarize the advantages and disadvantages and then propose the optimization strategy from the angle of security, convenience and humanistic perspective.
