摘要
以醛酮和醇为原料合成缩醛酮类化合物,并将其作为原油流动性改进剂评价了对稠油粘度和凝点的影响。结果表明,所合成的缩醛酮类化合物对稠油的粘度影响较大,在20℃左右,降粘率均高于60%;缩醛类化合物有较好的降凝作用,凝点降低最高可达6.0℃,缩酮类化合物降凝降粘效果相对略差;该类化合物可以影响原油饱和烃结晶的形态,降低结蜡趋势。
With alcohols, aldehydes and ketones as raw materials, the acetal and ketal compound was synthesized. And the impact of the compound on crude oil viscosity and pour point was evaluated as a flow improver. The results showed that the acetal and ketal compounds have large effects on the viscosity of heavy oil, viscosity reduction rate at about 20 ℃ is higher than 60% ;acetal compound has a good effect on pour point depressing with a highest one up to 6.0 ℃ ,ketal com- pound is slight worse. Besides, these compounds can affect saturated hydrocarbons forming crystalline wax to inhibit the paraffin precipitation trend.
