National Spoken and Written Language should Serve for Common Prosperity towards nationalities

要提高少数民族群众的生活水平,加快民族地区的经济发展和社会进步,不能忽略民族语言文字的作用。民族语言文字不仅是人民群众日常的交际工具,也是民族地区巩固和发展平等、团结、友爱极为重要的工具,更是各民族之间互相帮助、互相合作、共同发展、共同繁荣的捷径。
