摘要
为了减轻酸性物质侵入水泥路面病害加重路面破坏程度,文章采用防腐效果较好的环氧树脂与水泥基材料搅拌得到环氧树脂砂浆。环氧树脂砂浆在搅拌构成中形成高分子薄膜包裹细集料,并与较粗集料向结合形成防腐网状结构。经硫酸侵蚀表明,环氧砂浆不仅能够维持较高的质量和强度,还能提高环氧砂浆的质量和强度,主要是因为酸侵过程中生成的难溶性CaSO_4·2H_2O附着于砂浆空隙、表面中提高环氧砂浆的质量和强度。
In order to reduce the further pavement damage by the intrusion of acidic substances into ce-ment pavement,this article used the epoxy resin with better anti-corrosion effect to obtain the epoxy resin mortar by stirring with cement-based materials. Epoxy resin mortar formed the polymer film to wrap the fine aggregate during the stirring,and formed the anti-corrosion network structure together with the coarse aggregates. As shown by sulfuric acid erosion,the epoxy mortar can not only maintain the higher quality and strength,but also can improve the quality and strength of epoxy mortar,mainly because the insoluble CaSO_4·2H_2O generated during the acid invasion is attached at the mortar voids and surface,which can improve the quality and strength of epoxy mortar.
