城市轨道交通服务质量评价

Evaluation of Urban Rail Transit Service Quality

随着我国城市化进程的快速发展,城市交通需求持续增长,同时城市道路交通拥挤、交通事故以及交通污染等问题日益严重。城市轨道交通载客量大、高效、准时、环保和用地少等优点,已经成为市民出行的第一选择。文章以杭州轨道交通1号线为例,采用层次分析法对影响地铁服务质量的因素进行分析,并运用模糊综合评价法对杭州轨道交通1号线路的服务质量进行评价。

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the urban transport demand continues to grow,while the urban road congestion,traffic accidents and traffic pollution problems have become in-creasingly serious. Urban rail transit has the advantages such as large passenger capacity,high efficiency,punctuality,environmental protection and less land use,thereby it has become the first choice of public travel. With Hangzhou Metro Line 1 as the example,and by using AHP method,this article ana-lyzed the factors affecting the subway service quality,and evaluated the service quality of Hangzhou Metro Line 1 by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
