一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of dental pulp disease with one time root canal

目的观察一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效。方法选取我院2013年5月-2015年3月收治的牙体牙髓病患者110例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组给予多次法根管治疗,观察组给予一次性根管治疗,对比两组患者的疗效及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.18%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为83.64%,观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组患者,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论使用一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病可有效改善患者的临床症状,降低并发症发生率,具有一定的安全性,值得临床推广。

objective To study and analyze one-time root canal tooth pulp disease clinical therapeutic effect. Methods 110 cases of dental pulp disease in our hospital from May 2013 to March in were selected, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group has 55 cases. For the control group, patients are given multiple root canal treatment, patients in observation group are given one-time root canal treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and complications. Results In the observation group, the total effectiveness are 98.18%, control group total effective treatment are 83.64%, the total effective rate and incidence of complications in the observation group was better than control group, with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion the use of disposable root canal treatment can effectively improve the tooth pulp disease in patients with clinical symptoms, it can reduce complications and has a certain security, the treastment is of great significance in the clinical treatment.
