新疆高台民居成年维吾尔族妇女身体形态现状调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis on Present Situation of High Profile Residential Uighur Women's Body Shape in Xinjiang

研究目的:了解新疆喀什地区高台民居维吾尔族成年妇女的身体形态现状。研究方法:文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、体质测试和数理统计等方法。2014年10-12月对新疆喀什地区高台民居400名维吾尔族妇女的身体形态指标进行测试及分析。结果与结论:当前新疆喀什地区高台民居20-59岁维吾尔族妇女体质健康状况不太理想,均差于全国平均水平。主要原因有:居住环境人口密集、活动场地不足、从来没有参加体育锻炼、饮食习惯不合理、宗教信仰因素等问题。并根据问题提出相关的对策。

Research Purposes： understand the status of the high-profile residential Uighuradult Women＇s body shape in Kashgar of Xinjiang. Research Methods： The use of literature, expert interviews, and questionnaires,physical test methods and mathematical statistics, and stratified random cluster sampling method. Test and analysis of high profile residential 400 Uygur women＇s body shape in 2014 of 10 to 12 months in Kashigar of Xinjiang was carried out. Results and Conclusions： currently, the physical health status is not good of high profile residential areas Kashigar among 20 to 59 years old Uighur woman, worse than the national average. Main reasons： densely populated residential environment, lack of venues, never participating in physical exercise,diet unreasonable, religious factors and other issues. In this paper, solutions based on problems are proposed.
