通过查阅相关文献报道并结合自己的所学知识,对青少年举重运动员的选拔和培养进行讨论,希望对青少年举重运动的选拔和培养重视起来。
By the methods of literature and the mastered knowledge, this paper discussed the select and cultivating methods of the teenage weight lifter, hoping for the improvement of the consciousness of the cultivation of the teenage weight lifter.
