CuO掺杂对(K_(0.46)Na_(0.54))(Nb_(0.93)Sb_(0.03)Ta_(0.04))O_3无铅压电陶瓷结构和性能的影响

摘要 采用传统陶瓷制备方法制备了(K_(0.46)Na_(0.54))(Nb_(0.93)Sb_(0.03)Ta_(0.04))O_3-x mol%CuO(简记为:KNNST-xCuO)陶瓷,探讨了CuO含量对该陶瓷材料的相结构、显微结构和电学性能的影响。实验结果表明,CuO的掺入使陶瓷材料的机械品质因数Q_m得到了显著的提高。当CuO含量为3mol%时,陶瓷样品的综合性能最佳:d_(33)=124pC/N,k_p=0.41,Q_m=1054。 The (K0. 46 Na0. 54 ) (Nb0 93 Sb0. 03 Ta0. 04 ) 03 - X mol% CuO ( abbreviated as KNNST-- xC- uO) ceramics were synthesized by traditional solid--state reaction method. The influences of CuO on the phase--structure, micro--structure and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics were investigated in detail. The experimental results show that CuO addition significantly enhance the mechanical quali- ty factor Qm. When xz 3, the ceramics show the best electrical properties of d33= 124pC/ N, kp = 0. 41, Qm=1054.
