低成本环境友好型复合硅酸盐保温涂料的制备

摘要 通过优化岩棉、硅酸铝纤维棉、快速渗透剂T的加入量及搅拌时间,再加入一定比例的膨胀珍珠岩(〈2mm)、膨胀蛭石(10~20目)、再生硅砖(325目)、再生涂料和结合剂等原料,制备出环境友好型复合硅酸盐保温涂料。检测分析试验样品的抗拉强度、体积收缩率、粘结强度、导热系数等关键指标,结果表明:①再生硅砖、再生涂料等可以作为环境友好型原料用于制备复合硅酸盐保温涂料,并且具有良好的保温性能;②通过试验确定了低成本环境友好型复合硅酸盐保温涂料的最佳配比为:1份基质浆体、1份膨胀珍珠岩、0.8份膨胀蛭石、0.8份再生涂料、0.2份再生硅砖、0.12份水溶性聚酰胺树脂(1000℃),其中基质浆体的制备方法为:1份岩棉、1份硅酸铝纤维棉与0.6份快速渗透剂T混合,打浆25min制得。该复合保温涂料的导热系数为0.080w/m·K(平均350℃),抗拉强度为177KPa,体积收缩率为8.5%,粘结强度为86KPa。 The rock wool, aluminum silicate fiber cotton, rapid infiltration of T agent dosage and stirring time determined, then add a certain proportion of the expanded perlite ( 2mm), expanded vermiculite (10-20), recycledsilica brick (325 mesh), recycled paint binders of preparing low cost environment--friendly composite silicate thermal insulation coating. The regeneration of silica brick, regeneration of thermal insulation coating can be used as raw material with composite silicate insulation paint, and also has good heat preservation perform ance; through the test to determine the process for the preparation of low cost and environmental pro- tection composite Portland insulation coating: 1 copies of rock wool, 1 copies of aluminum silicate fi- ber cotton, 0.6 quick penetrating agent T beating 25min, the slurry; 1 copies of the slurry of perlite, 1 copies of the expanded vermiculite, 0.8 copies of the regeneration thermal insulation coating, 0.2 copies to regeneration of coating silica brick, 0.12 water soluble polyamide resin (1000℃) for the low cost of environmental protection composite silicate insulation paint best ratio.
