摘要
在高速研磨过程中,如果发生研磨球破碎将会堵塞筛网影响生产,因此研磨球的压碎强度是一个关键指标。本文首先对现有钢球压碎强度测试方法标准进行了分析,然后通过对研磨球压碎强度测试时的加载速率对测试结果影响的研究,以及压碎力数据处理及统计分析,提出了研磨微球压碎强度试验方法。
Due to the high--speed milling process, screen plugging caused by broken ball can in- fluence productivity, thus the mechanical properties of the ball is a key indicator. In this paper, exist- ing ball crushing strength test method standards were analyzed first. And thenthe loading rate that af- fecting the test results were obtained through the research on the grinding ball crushing strength test, crushing force data processing and statistical analysis were studies also. So grinding ball crushing strength test method was proposed in this paper.
