护理期刊中森林图的质量分析

Quality analysis of forest figure in nursing periodicals

[目的]提高循证护理论文的报告质量,进一步规范Meta分析报告中的森林图。[方法]检索万方数据库建库至2015年5月护理期刊中发表的有森林图的文章,由循证医学培训合格的人员收集、整理资料并对森林图进行初步分析,由循证中心资深人员核对森林图的分析情况。[结果]初检得到文献365篇,经进一步筛选最终得到文献244篇,共有森林图776个,其中不规范的258个(33.25%):组别标注相反的148个(以数值大为追求目标的图最多,140个,占94.59%);1篇文献做Meta分析的3个,项目缺失严重的9个,无合并效应值的23个,组别标注不统一64个。[结论]护理期刊中森林图报告存在很多缺陷,质量有待提高;建议加强对护理人员以及期刊编辑人员循证论文报告规范的培训。

Objective：To improve the reporting quality of evidence-based nursing papers,further to standardize the forest figure of Meta analysis report.Methods：The literatures with forest graph were searched which were published in nursing periodicals in WangFang databases from database foundation to May in 2015.The data were collected and analyzed by the personnel who have got the evidence-based knowledge training qualification.The forest figure analysis was checked by senior personnel in evidence-based center.Results：A total of 365 published papers were gotten in the primary retrieval,further screening to get 244 papers in the end.There were altogether 776 forest figures,258 were non-standard：the most with category label instead（148）,in which mainly numerical goal figure more greatly（140）;three with Meta analysis in a paper,nine with severe lack of project,23 without consolidation effect value,64 with unified category labels.Conclusion：The forest figure report in nursing periodicals had many defects and their quality need to be improved;it suggested that the evidence-based paper standard training should be strengthened for nursing personnel and periodical editors.
