基于文献检索的临床护士循证护理培训分析

Analysis of clinical nurse evidence-based nursing training based on literatures search

[目的]通过文献检索了解我国临床护士循证护理培训现状,比较现有临床护士循证护理培训方案,探索出一套系统科学的循证护理培训计划。[方法]采用文献计量学方法,用既定的文献检索表达式,对中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、PubMed数据库的中英文文献进行分析。[结果]最终共纳入中英文文献28篇,分析显示我国临床护士循证护理培训现状不容乐观,临床对循证护理培训的重要性、必要性认识度较低,存在培训不系统、不成体系、形式单一、带教水平不一等缺点。本研究在此基础上拟探索出一套科学严谨的培训计划,为临床护理人员提供切实有效的培训,真正地用循证方法带动临床护理的发展。[结论]我国临床护士循证护理培训仍处在探索阶段,应从各个层面考虑,加强临床护士循证护理培训,从而使其成为临床护士规范化培训中的重要组成部分,真正提高临床护理质量。

Objective：To know about the status quo of clinical nurse evidence-based nursing（EBN）training in China based on literature search,and so as to further design a series of systematic and scientific EBN training program through comparison of clinical nurse EBN training plans at present.Methods：A systematic literature search in CNKI,Wan Fang,and PubMed was performed by using bibliometrics method.Results：Twenty eight Chinese and English literatures were included.It was not optimistic about the status quo of clinical nurses training of EBN in China.Clinical nurses were not enough to be aware of the importance and necessity of EBN training.Specifically,there were no systematical exercise,integrated system,various forms and unified high-quality teaching.Then,the study was to explore a scientific and prudent training plan,and then to provide a practical and effective training for clinical nurses,which further promoted the development of clinical nursing by means of EBN.Conclusion：Clinical EBN training was still in its infancy in our country.It was necessary for nurses to strengthen clinical EBN training from all angles,which should be an important part of standardized training and make effects in promoting clinical nursing quality.
