经口与经鼻留置胃管在经口气管插管病人中的应用对比研究

Comparative study on application of oral and nasal indwelling gastric tube in patients with oral endotracheal intubation

[目的]探讨经口留置胃管与经鼻留置胃管在经口气管插管病人中的应用效果。[方法]选取我院呼吸内科ICU经口气管插管病人80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组经鼻留置胃管,观察组经口留置胃管,比较两组一次置管成功率、置管时间和病人不舒适率、意外拔管率。[结果]观察组一次置管成功率高于对照组（χ~2=5.000,P〈0.05）,不舒适率（χ~2=7.273,P〈0.05）、意外拔管率（χ~2=6.806,P〈0.05）和置管时间（t=42.10,P〈0.05）均低于对照组。[结论]经口气管插管病人经口留置胃管能提高一次置管成功率,缩短置管时间,提高舒适度,减少并发症的发生。

Objective：To probe into the application effect of oral and nasal indwelling gastric tube in patients with oral endotracheal intubation.Methods：A total of 80 cases of patients with oral endotracheal intubation were selected in ICU in respiratory department from our hospital.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each.The patients in control group received the nasal indwelling gastric tube,while the patients in observation group received the oral indwelling gastric tube,then to compare the success rate of first catheter placement,the time of catheter placement and patients＇ discomfort rate,the rate of accidental extubation in both groups.Results：The success rate of disposible catheter placement in observation group was higher than that in control group（χ^2=5.000,P〈0.05）,and the discomfort rate（χ^2=7.273,P〈0.05）,the rate of accidental extubation（χ~2=6.806,P〈0.05）and the time of catheter placement（t=42.10,P〈0.05）were all lower than those in control group.Conclusion：The oral indwelling gastric tube could increase the success rate of disposible catheter placement,shorten the time of catheter placement,improve the comfort degree and reduce the incidence of complications.
