洛铂联合氟尿嘧啶在胃肠道肿瘤肝转移介入治疗中的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 由于肝脏双重血供的解剖特点,胃肠道肿瘤发生远处转移时,往往首先经门静脉转移至肝脏使得肝脏成为消化道肿瘤最早出现和最常见的转移部位。其中大肠癌发生肝转移者高达40%79%,10%25%的结直肠癌患者在确诊时已存在肝转移;另有20%25%的患者在胃肠癌术后发生肝转移。因此消化道肿瘤肝转移的发生率可高达50%,但大约80%90%的患者确诊时已失去手术机会[1,2],
