摘要
[目的]了解医学生的同理心水平及其主要影响因素。[方法]采用Jefferson同理心自评量表、医学生沟通能力量表对356名医学生进行现场调查。[结果]医学生的同理心得分为(83.16±13.20)分,属中等偏上水平。影响医学生同理心的因素是独生子女和对同理心重要性的认知。[结论]非独生子女和认为同理心非常重要的医学生同理心水平较高。
Objective：To know about the level of empathy of medical students and the main influencing factors.Methods：A total of 356 medical students received the site investigation by using the self-assessment lists of Jefferson empathy and medical student＇communication competence scale.Results：Results showed that empathy score of medical students was 83.16±13.20,at the middle-upper level.The influencing factors of medical students＇ empathy included an only child and the cognition on importance of empathy.Conclusion：Not only children and medical students who thought empathy was very important had higher level of empathy.
