摘要
[目的]了解医学生的同理心水平及其主要影响因素。[方法]采用Jefferson同理心自评量表、医学生沟通能力量表对356名医学生进行现场调查。[结果]医学生的同理心得分为(83.16±13.20)分,属中等偏上水平。影响医学生同理心的因素是独生子女和对同理心重要性的认知。[结论]非独生子女和认为同理心非常重要的医学生同理心水平较高。
Objective:To know about the level of empathy of medical students and the main influencing factors.Methods:A total of 356 medical students received the site investigation by using the self-assessment lists of Jefferson empathy and medical student'communication competence scale.Results:Results showed that empathy score of medical students was 83.16±13.20,at the middle-upper level.The influencing factors of medical students' empathy included an only child and the cognition on importance of empathy.Conclusion:Not only children and medical students who thought empathy was very important had higher level of empathy.
