基于非等变圆柱螺线模型的井眼轨迹测斜算法研究 被引量:1

摘要 圆柱螺线轨迹模型是一种典型的井眼轨迹模型,广泛应用于钻井轨道设计、实钻轨迹检测以及防碰撞等领域。由于目前应用中模拟使用转盘钻出的井眼轨迹多采用基于等变圆柱螺线模型的测斜算法,针对这种算法结果不够精确的缺陷,利用测段内井眼轨迹的一般性方程以及圆柱螺线的性质,建立井段内非等变螺旋角的圆柱螺线轨迹模型,提出计算井段内任意一点的测斜数据以及空间坐标的测斜计算方法。最后,通过应用实例,证明了此测斜方法提高了结果的正确性。 Cylindrical spiral trajectory model is a typical wellbore trajectory model and is widely used in many areas such as drilling track design,practical drilling trajectory detection,and anti-collision,etc. As in current applications the wellbore trajectories of simulated drilling with rotary table use more the equivalent cylindrical spiral model-based inclination measurement algorithm,in light of the defect of this algorithm not being accurate enough,we build a cylindrical spiral trajectory model of non-equivalent helix angle in well section by utilising the general equation of wellbore trajectory in measuring section and the property of cylindrical spiral,and put forward the inclination measurement calculation algorithm calculating the inclination measurement data in any point of the well section and the spatial coordinates. At last we prove that the algorithm improves the accuracy of the results by application examples.
