摘要
为了实现航空物流业物流参与者与监管者之间的数据交换与共享,制定航空物流行业的信息交换标准和基础,推动航空物流信息平台IT新技术的应用,研究设计航空物流数据交换平台i Link,重点分析数据交换过程中的关键业务流程与各类传输数据报文标准,为建设行业级、集中式的数据交换平台奠定良好的理论基础。
In order to realise data exchange and sharing between participants and regulators in aviation logistics industry,we developed the information exchange standard and basis for aviation logistics industry,which promotes the application of new IT technologies of aviation logistics information platform. We studied and designed the aviation logistics data exchange platform i Link,and elaborately analysed the key business processes and various data message standards in data exchange process,these laid a solid theoretical foundation for building the industry-level,centralised data exchange platform.
