移动通信国际漫游业务资费问题引起越来越广泛的关注。如何优化国际漫游呼叫流程、降低国际漫游资费,是运营商感兴趣的问题。通过对我国三大运营商的国际漫游资费进行对比,分析了标准国际漫游呼叫流程中的"拉长号"问题,主要介绍了台湾通过移动性管理降低漫游费的方法,并分析了该方法的可行性。

The international roaming charges in mobile communication draw more and more attention. How to optimize international roaming call process and reduce international roaming charges is the operator＇s interested problem. International roaming charges of three domestic major operators were compared. The tromboning problem in the standard international roaming call process was analyzed. Finally, the method of Taiwan to reduce roaming charges through mobility management was introduced and its feasibility was analyzed.
