Quality is the life of running schools.In teaching,the minority univesities of the Northwest must face up to the realistic contradition of entering by grades and going by high grades and insist on the teaching aim of development.Advancing with times,they also must attach importance to teaching operation of thinchening foundation,widening statement,emphasizing practice and expanding adaptation.
