整形美容科继续教育模式的探讨

整形美容外科是一门知识性和艺术性相结合创造美的学科，结合整形美容科的专业特色，有必要改革继续教育课程内容和教学模式。通过建立以Journal club为基础的互动式理论学习，融合多学科交叉性临床实践活动，覆盖医学、美学、心理学、社会学等多领域知识；构建长期网络资源平台，最终形成全面并具专业特色的整形美容科继续教育模式。初步评价良好，为培养适应社会需要的高素质整形美容外科人才做了有益的探索。

Plastic and Aesthetic surgery is a science which creates beauty by combining know- ledge and art. Combined with the professional characteristics of plastic surgery, we reformed the curriculum content and teaching mode of continuous education, including a established interactive theoretical learning model based on Journal club, the strengthening of clinical practice integrated with multiple related disciplines, the expanding the knowledge of Sociology, Psychology and Ethics, and the construction of a long-term platform of network resources. Therefore, a comprehensive and specialized continuous education model in the department of plastic and aesthetic surgery was ultimately formed, whose preliminary assessment was favorable, and could be helpful in the cultivation of high-quality plastic and aesthetic surgeons in the future.
