摘要
采用碱性体系下化学抑制—选择性浸出新工艺对钴渣中的有价金属进行浸出和分离,通过考察浸出温度、液固比、抑制剂用量、pH对浸出率影响的单因素及优化扩大试验,钴、锌、铜的浸出率可以分别达到94%、95%、96%以上。
Valuable metals in cobalt slag were extracted and separated in alkaline system by selective leaching and chemical inhibition technology.The effects of leaching temperature,ratio of liquid to solid,inhibitor dosage,and pH value on leaching rate were investigated by single factor and optimal expanding test.The leaching rate of cobalt,xinc,and copper is 94%,95%,and 96% above respectively under the optimum conditions.
