初探翻转课堂对高职教育教学的优化 被引量:4

摘要 翻转课堂作为一种新型的教学形式,实现了对传统教学模式的革新。它将信息传递过程放在课外,由学生自主完成,知识内化在课堂上进行,是一种传统课堂和网络教学有机结合的混合式教学。翻转课堂的教学模式实现了学生的个性化学习,体现了"以学生为中心"的教育理念,调动了学生的积极性。有效实施翻转课堂应注意:增加教学资源的投入,重视对教师的培训,改变以往的教学评价方式,注重课程的适用性。 As a new form of teaching, the flipped classroom has realized the innovation of traditional teaching mode, which is an organic combination of blending traditional teaching and network teaching by transferring information process in extra-curricular, independently completed by the students and making knowledge inter- nalized in class. This paper explains the connotation of the flipped classroom teaching mode and its advanta- ges. Meanwhile, it comes up with some suggestions on effectively implementing the flipped classroom, such as increasing the teaching resources, paying more attention to the training of teachers, changing the previous ways of teaching evaluation and laying emphasis on the applicability of courses.
