系部人才培养模式是在高职院校学校人才培养模式下的专业群的人才培养目标、规格与方法,它有自身的特点。构建以素质培养为核心的人才培养模式,探索教育教学过程中的培养实践,是系部的人才培养实践,也是对系部人才培养工作的指导。三个培养平台的构建,是系部人才培养模式的基本构架,其内容也是对培养途径的探索。

Talent training mode in teaching department is the professional training mode in vocation- al colleges with the professional training objectives, specifications and methods, and it has its own characteristics. Building the core of the quality of talent training mode as well as exploring the process of education in the training practice is the talent training practice and guide in departments. The construction of the three training platforms is the basic framework of department talent training mode, and its content is also an exploration of the cultivation way.
