毛竹不同围径竹笋中铅和镉含量研究 被引量:2

摘要 对3种围径的毛竹笋(D≤10 cm、10 cm〈D≤30cm、D≥30cm)分别进行重金属铅和镉含量检测。结果表明:在不同铅、镉含量的样地中所采相同围径的竹笋间,竹笋铅、镉含量的差别不明显。但竹笋中铅、镉含量随竹笋围径大小而有所变化,竹笋围径越小,其铅、镉重金属含量越高。在调查区域竹笋中铅含量达标率较低(50.0%~61.0%),而镉含量达标率相对较高(72.2%-94.4%)。 The contents of Pb and Cd in bamboo shoots were studied with the shoots of 3 categories of circumferences (D≤10 cm, 10 cm 〈D≤30 cm and D≥30 cm) . The results showed that there were no significant difference in Pb and Cd contents between bamboo shoots of same circumference, which were collected from the sample plots with differ- ent Pb and Cd contents. However, the contents of Pb and Cd in bamboo shoots changed with the change in the circumferences of bamboo shoots, while the smaller the circumference is, the higher the Pb and Cd contents are. In the investigated area, the Cd content in bamboo shoots was low at 93.3%--73.3% against the standard, but Pb content was highat 53.3%---60. 0% against the standard.
