摘要
五桂楼位于宁波市梁弄镇学堂弄。建于清嘉庆十二年（1807年）,是诸生黄澄量的藏书楼,聚书五万余卷,有＂浙东第二藏书楼＂之称。现为省重点文保单位。黄氏上代有兄弟五人,同科中举,故称＂五桂楼＂。建筑占地面积107平方米,坐北朝南,三间二层楼,通面宽10.30米。勾连搭屋顶,呈众字形,有暗间起防漏作用。楼前有庭院,深8.6米。登五桂楼眺望,可一览四明七十二峰,故五桂楼又名七十二峰草堂。
Wugui Library was Huang Chengliang's private library, which was built in 1807 in Liangnong township, Yuyao City. Wugui Library has collected more than 50,000 books in total, and has been honored as the 'Second best ancient library in Eastern Zhejiang'. Now, Wugui Library is listed as one of Zhejiang's key protected cultural sites.
